History

1952- Builders & Remodelers, Inc. is founded by Bill Woods.

1967- 5,000 Homes Completed!

1970- Builders & Remodelers joins Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has maintained the best standing possible. Recently, the BBB has changed their grading scale; Builders & Remodelers has recieved at A+ rating!

1981- Builders and Remodelers moves to current location. Located on 3517 Hennepin Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55408.

1986- 10,000 Home Completed!

1992- Bill Woods leaves company in trusted hands of Ken Bressler. Ken becomes new Owner and General Manager of Builders & Remodelers.

2000- 20,000 Homes Completed!
